ACT is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) who is a self-starter, understands time management and has strong follow up skills.
Responsibilities include maintaining and growing relationships throughout specific regions within the United States. The ideal candidate(s) has experience with outside sales, a technical aptitude with electronics, the ability to understand customer and potential customer needs wants and concerns. This individual will develop a professional understanding of all services provided by Advanced Charging Technologies, as related to charger sales, maintenance, and services. Ideal candidate will reside Chicago/Milwaukee area. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
Other responsibilities include:
- Travel to Dealer & Customer Locations and understand needs as it relates to ACT Solution Offerings.
- Develop relationships with dealer network in the service area to grow the company’s revenue and develop a larger customer base.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams in the area to ensure customer services that have been promised are being completed.
- Provide detailed sales and pipeline reports to help with sales forecasting.
Salary: Base plus commission.
